Our staff is our extended family.  This is something possible in a small business, not connected to a national chain, or hidden behind a corporate name.  They are a small close knit group who care about what they do and care about your children.  We hire local people who live in and are familiar with the communities we serve.

Our staff receives continuous education on items from driving to fire suppression to student discipline.

All drivers must pass an initial written and road (school bus driving) test, pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screening, a physical examination every two years, and a criminal history review (fingerprinting) every four years - something school teachers only have to do once when hired.  We also review each staff members driving record at least twice per calendar year.
